Snacks might be the difference between progress and stagnation for young athletes. Most kids are under eating by hundreds of calories per day without realizing it.
A banana with peanut butter, a bagel with honey, or a Greek yogurt with berries can completely change how you perform at practice or recover afterward. Do not overthink snacks. Think consistency and timing.
