Why Education Builds Real Self-Confidence
Growing up, all my self-esteem came from baseball. Academics intimidated me, and reading felt like a chore. But once I started learning again as an adult, my confidence expanded in a way sport never gave me.
Education gives you something deeper: clarity, perspective, vocabulary, and a sense of agency. You stop reacting to life and start shaping it. Self-confidence becomes earned, not imagined.
Confidence comes from capability and capability is built through consistent reps.
