The Power of Pre-Pubescent Training

Before puberty, most strength gains come from the nervous system. Young athletes get better at recruiting motor units, stabilizing joints, and moving efficiently. These changes are massive and they create a rocket fuel effect once hormones arrive.

This is why early years matter so much. When a kid learns how to hinge, squat, lunge, sprint, land, throw, and stabilize before puberty hits, their trajectory after puberty is incredible. I have watched this unfold dozens of times.

My job as a coach is to build the launchpad. Their biology will take care of the rest.

ReadyCoach follows this same principle. Master quality movement early and progress becomes a lot easier later.
